East Command meeting: 6th October 3 - 5pm at the Fromus Centre, Street Farm Road, Saxmundham, IP17 1AL. We've put together an important strategic meeting that needs your support, bringing together the Police, local Councils and Neighbourhood Watch. Highlights are two speakers: Police Inspector Elizabeth Casey, briefing us on the Neighbourhood Policing Guarantee; Communtiy Policing priorities, and an insight into Clear Hold Build. Secondly we have an update on the new Suffolk Against Fraud partnership between Trading Standards and the Police: joining forces to combat fraud, now accounting for over 40% of all offences. Questions and answers will follow each speaker. Neighbourhood Watch coordinators and members are especially welcome. Your experience and support can greatly strengthen our voice across the East Command area.
To help new and existing Watches we have a limited range of FREE leaflets on membership and crime prevention, street-signs and branded stickers. Essential for boosting the visibility of Neighbourhood Watch in your street, community, parish or town.
