Dear Residents,

With Halloween approaching on 31 October, please take a few moments to check your home before heading out to events or visiting friends.

✅ Lock all doors and windows
✅ Secure garages, sheds and side gates
✅ Keep valuable items out of sight
✅ Use timer switches or external lighting if you'll be returning after dark
✅ Agree who will carry out the final security check if household members are leaving at different times

Lock Up Before You Step Out.

Halloween should be an enjoyable evening for everyone. While many residents look forward to welcoming trick-or-treaters, others may prefer a quieter night. If you see a "No Trick or Treat" poster displayed in a window, please respect the resident's wishes and move on to the next house. A small act of consideration can make a big difference and helps ensure Halloween remains safe, enjoyable and respectful for everyone in our community. We wish you a safe, happy and treat-filled Halloween... and hopefully no scary shortages of sweets! 🍬👻
