SNT Churchfields and Partners Deliver a Fantastic Community Day - 19 September 2026

SNT Churchfields was proud to work alongside the London Fire Brigade, St John Ambulance, Redbridge Council Services, Police Cadets, and London Fire Brigade Cadets at a highly successful community event that brought together residents, families, community leaders, and partner organisations for a day of engagement, education, and fun.

The event was extremely well attended and provided a fantastic opportunity for members of the public to meet their local neighbourhood policing team, firefighters, cadets, council representatives, local councillors, and Member of Parliament. 

Their presence reflected a shared commitment to supporting local communities and working together to make our neighbourhoods safer, stronger, and more connected.

There was something for everyone to enjoy throughout the day. 

One of the highlights saw our Sergeant taking part in a London Fire Brigade water hose demonstration, which proved hugely popular with both children and adults. 

Visitors also had the opportunity to meet our police dogs, who were a real crowd favourite and attracted plenty of attention throughout the event.

Children and young people thoroughly enjoyed exploring a police vehicle, trying on police hats, and having photographs taken with officers alongside their parents and families. 

These positive interactions helped build trust and confidence in policing while creating lasting memories for those who attended.

The Police Cadets and London Fire Brigade Cadets were excellent ambassadors for their organisations, engaging with residents and demonstrating the valuable contribution that young people make within their communities. 

St John Ambulance volunteers were also on hand to provide information and showcase the important role they play in supporting community safety and wellbeing.

Representatives from Redbridge Council Services engaged with residents throughout the day, offering advice and information about local services and support available within the borough.

The event highlighted the strength of partnership working between the emergency services, local authority, elected representatives, volunteers, and community organisations. Residents were able to discuss local concerns, receive crime prevention and fire safety advice, and learn more about the range of services available to support them and their families.
