Tackling Retail Crime

We're working closely with local shops and businesses to help tackle retail crime in Central Chadderton. By working together, we can reduce shoplifting, anti-social behaviour, and other issues that affect local retailers and the community.

Your Central Chadderton Neighbourhood Team carries out regular patrols, speaks with shop staff, and takes action against those involved in criminal behaviour. We also work with businesses to share information and help prevent offences from happening in the first place.

We know that retail crime can have a big impact on shop workers, businesses, and customers. That's why we take reports seriously and will continue to support local retailers.
