More road safety in Pellon/Warley area!

🚔 Community Alert – Road Safety Patrols in Pellon and Warley

We understand that residents continue to have concerns regarding anti-social driving and road safety within the Pellon and Warley areas.

In response to these concerns, your local Neighbourhood Policing Team conducted targeted patrols on Highroad Well Lane and Roils Head Road between 11:00pm and 1:00am last night. During this period, officers monitored vehicle activity and driver behaviour. Pleasingly, all drivers observed were complying with the Highway Code and no offences were identified.

Whilst no issues were detected during this patrol, we recognise the impact that dangerous and anti-social driving can have on local communities. We will therefore continue to carry out proactive road safety patrols at various times of the day and night to deter offending, address community concerns, and help keep our roads safe for everyone.
