Mountsorrel Beat Team Weekly Update

Good morning everyone,

Here is a summary of what the Mountsorrel Beat Team have been working on this week:

🔹 Assisting Response Officers
On Tuesday, the Beat Officer assisted response colleagues with a domestic-related incident within the Charnwood area. Initial enquiries were completed, and the investigation has now been handed over to response officers to continue.

🔹 Granite Way Fire Investigation
The investigation into the fires that occurred on Granite Way in August remains ongoing. Officers continue to carry out enquiries, and we will provide an update to the community as soon as there is any significant progress.

🔹 Neighbour Disputes and Community Issues
The team have been dealing with a number of neighbour-related issues across the village, providing advice, conducting enquiries and working with those involved to help resolve concerns.

🔹 Village Patrols
High-visibility patrols have continued across Mountsorrel throughout the week. These patrols provide reassurance to residents, help deter crime and anti-social behaviour, and give officers the opportunity to engage with members of the community.
