Good Evening,

Firstly I want to say a HUGE thankyou to our young people for being so well behaved over the summer holidays and of course to you parents for keeping them occupied.

However, today it has been brought to my attention that the knock-a-door runners are back!!  This time in the area of Granby Croft and Holme Court in Bakewell.  Usually happens around 1600 at Holme Court but has been 2100 - 2130 in the evening around Granby Croft and has been going on for the last 2-3 weeks.  Again there are a lot of elderly residents in these areas and some are quite frightened by their late night callers.  If your kids are out at this time can you please assist me and have a chat with them.  Kids are described as being between the ages of 12-15 years.  

I will be carrying out patrols in the areas when I am able but would appreciate your assistance too.
