Greater Manchester Police is pleased to support the Mid-Autumn Festival Garden Fair taking place in Manchester Chinatown on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th September 2026, between 12pm and 8pm.

The event will bring together residents and visitors from across Greater Manchester to celebrate one of the most important festivals in East Asian culture. Attendees can enjoy cultural performances, traditional arts, family-friendly activities, food stalls, workshops and live entertainment throughout the weekend.

We encourage everyone attending to plan their journey in advance and help keep the event safe and enjoyable for all. The city centre is expected to be busy, particularly during peak afternoon and evening periods. Please take care of personal belongings, agree meeting points if attending with family or friends, and report any concerns to event stewards or police officers on duty.

For those travelling to the event, please consider undertaking a personal risk assessment, including travel arrangements, parking locations, crowd levels, accessibility requirements and weather conditions, to ensure a safe and enjoyable visit.

大曼彻斯特警察局（GMP）很高兴支持将于 2026年9月19日（星期六）及9月20日（星期日）中午12时至晚上8时 在 曼彻斯特唐人街（Manchester Chinatown） 举办的 中秋嘉年华（Mid-Autumn Festival Garden Fair）。

中秋节是东亚地区最重要的传统节日之一。本次活动将汇聚来自大曼彻斯特各地的居民和游客，共同庆祝这一团圆佳节。活动期间将设有传统文化表演、民俗艺术展示、亲子互动活动、美食摊位、手工艺工作坊及丰富多彩的现场娱乐节目，适合各年龄层人士参与。

为确保活动安全、顺利及愉快，我们鼓励所有参加者提前规划行程。预计活动期间市中心人流较多，特别是在下午及傍晚时段。请妥善保管个人财物，与同行亲友预先约定集合地点，并及时向活动工作人员或现场警务人员报告任何可疑情况或安全问题。
