Dementia Hub Visit @ Marton Reform Church : Wed 23 Sep 11:00

Blackpool Police will be attending the Blackpool Forget Me Not Dementia Cafe based at Marton United Reform Church on Wednesday 23rd September at 11am. 

The volunteer led Forget Me Not Dementia cafe based at Marton URC meets on Mondays and Wednesdays from 11 till 1pm and provides support for people living with dementia and their families.
On the 4th Wednesday of the month we hold the Blackpool Dementia Hub in partnership with Age UK Lancashire and invite relevant professionals such as the Alzheimer's Society,Dementia UK,Citizens Advice.

If you are dealing with or know somebody who is dealing with the struggles of a dementia diagnosis then please feel free to come along and have a coffee and a cake!
