Glossop SNT - Speed Awareness Event
PC 31151 Morris from the Gamesley and St John's SNT completed a Speed Awareness Event on the A626 Marple Rd, Charlesworth, this morning, Monday 15th September.
The event was held there between 10.40 am and 11.20 am - the speed limit is 30 mph on this road, today a total of 219 vehicles went by and none were recorded speeding today. Speeding has been identified by the community in Charelsworth as one of their Policing Priorities and the SNT would like to say thank you to them, the community, for their help in identifying their concerns regarding speeding, particularly at this location.
