🚔 Lamborghini Seized Following Reports of Anti-Social Driving

Dear Resident,

On the evening of Sunday 13 September 2026, officers from the Bradford East Neighbourhood Policing Team responded to reports from members of the public of several supercars being driven in an anti-social manner around Planetrees Road and Bowling Back Lane.

Witnesses reported that a green Lamborghini and other vehicles were revving their engines and being driven at excessive speed, causing concern and disturbance to local residents.

A short time later, officers located a green Lamborghini Aventador SVJ on Planetrees Road. Following enquiries, it was confirmed to be the vehicle involved in the reports and had allegedly been driven in a dangerous and anti-social manner around the local area.

As a result, the vehicle was seized under Section 59 of the Police Reform Act 2002. The occupants were subsequently required to make alternative travel arrangements to attend a wedding for which the vehicle had been hired.

West Yorkshire Police understand the frustration and concern that anti-social driving can cause within our communities. While many owners and hirers of performance vehicles use them responsibly, we will continue to take action where vehicles are used in a manner that causes alarm, distress, or danger to others.
