Good News for New Cross

Just writing to share some recent news and update on what we have been getting up to in New Cross.

We are very pleased to share that this week, we executed a drugs search warrant at an address on our ward with a positive result. One male was arrested and charged for supplying drugs. Police also seized multiple weapons including a loaded crossbow, two further crossbows, a machete, a large dagger and several other knives that were suspected to be used as offensive weapons.

We have also had other positive results in the past few weeks. Whilst we were conducting a traffic operation last month, a female was arrested and charged for two counts of Grievous Bodily Harm (the highest level of assault).
