⚠️ Community Alert - Suspicious Activity

Residents are being made aware of a report of suspicious drone activity in the early hours of the 11th of September 2026. At approximately 03:47 hours, a drone was captured on CCTV flying around the rear of a residential property. The drone appears to approach the property, focus on the rear door area, and then fly out of view shortly afterwards.

Whilst there is currently no evidence of any criminal offence having taken place, residents are encouraged to remain vigilant and report any similar incidents or suspicious activity.

Crime Prevention Advice:

To help protect your home from burglary:

Ensure all doors and windows are locked, even when at home.

Keep valuable items out of sight from windows.

Consider installing or maintaining security lighting and CCTV systems.

Check that side gates, sheds, and garages are secure.

Use timer switches on lights when away from home.

Report any suspicious persons, vehicles, or drone activity in your area.
