PENZANCE PRIDE 2026 🌈

Today, officers from your local Neighbourhood Policing Team were proud to attend and support Penzance Pride.

Pride is an important opportunity to celebrate diversity, inclusion and equality within our communities. It also allows us to engage with members of the LGBTQ+ community, listen to concerns, build positive relationships and demonstrate that everyone deserves to feel safe, respected and supported.

Policing is at its strongest when it works alongside the communities it serves. Events such as Pride help strengthen trust, encourage conversations and ensure that all members of our community know that they can approach us for help and support whenever they need it.

It was fantastic to see so many people coming together to celebrate, support one another and showcase the welcoming and inclusive spirit of Penzance.

Thank you to the organisers, volunteers and everyone who attended for making the event such a success. We were delighted to be part of the celebrations and look forward to continuing to work with all communities across our area.
