Community Message – Operation Pantera Update

Good afternoon everyone,

As part of our ongoing commitment to tackling anti-social behaviour, protecting vulnerable residents and addressing cuckooing across West Ealing, I would like to provide a further community update.

Many of you will be aware of Alisse Giles, who has been the subject of a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) obtained by Ealing Safer Neighbourhood Team earlier this year following persistent anti-social behaviour and concerns regarding the exploitation of vulnerable members of our community.

On 10 September 2026, Alisse Giles was arrested for breaching the conditions of her CBO and subsequently appeared before court, where she received a 4-month custodial sentence suspended for 12 months.

Despite this clear warning from the court, she was arrested again today for a further alleged breach of the same order. Given the circumstances and her recent sentence, it is now highly likely that the court will consider an immediate custodial sentence.

This outcome demonstrates our commitment to enforcing court orders and taking positive action against those who repeatedly target vulnerable residents and negatively impact our community.

This week, local officers will continue focusing on individuals who prey on vulnerable persons as part of Operation Pantera, our ongoing initiative aimed at identifying and disrupting cuckooing, exploitation, drug-related activity and anti-social behaviour. We will continue working closely with partner agencies, housing providers and support services to safeguard those most at risk.
