Suspicious circumstances, Efford, Plymouth.

Police would like you to be aware of the following suspicious circumstances in your local area of Efford.

A male has arrived  in the Efford area  by bicycle wearing a hi Viz Jacket and had a limp This male has been trying door handles on Vans and cars in the area.

The incident took place at 0300 hours 9th September the area of concern is around the Efford Lane And Gill Park Area.
