Theft from vehicle/s, South Molton |

It has been reported that overnight on 10th September 2026 in South Molton a vehicle was entered in Cooks Cross, South Molton where some personal items were stolen. I am also aware of a Social Media Post that mentions numerous other vehicles having been entered around the area however these are yet to be reported to us. Therefore I am making a request that should anyone have any CCTV or further information to please review their footage and make contact so that we can review this. Further if anyone has any details about who is responsible I would kindly ask this information is also shared so that necessary action can be taken.
To assist with the checking of footage, a pair of individuals were sighted on CCTV near to the Methodist church in South Molton at approximately 0213 hours checking a vehicle.
As a final point please secure vehicles at all times and if possible remove all items.
