End of Six Update from PCSO Passantino

Hello everyone, 

This is a brief message from St Michael’s Team 1 to let you know some of the things we have been doing in your area this week.

St Michaels Officers are continuing to tackle anti-social behaviour within Coventry City Centre with Lady Herbert's Gardens and Millennium Place remaining as a focus point. This resulted in the arrest of a prolific offender who was charged with 10 offences including shop theft and breaches of their Criminal Behaviour Order. We have continued to utilise civil interventions to prevent further anti-social behaviour being caused by key individuals. This includes where we have obtained a Closure Order for the NCP Belgrade Plaza, today (Thursday), to prevent the reoccurring anti-social behaviour that was taking place within the car park. This order prohibits anyone other than the police, the council, and the landowners from entering the car park. It also makes it an offence for anyone not authorised by the courts to be within the car park.

St Michael's have also teamed up with Safer Travel to patrol Pool Meadow Bus Station and prevent any anti-social behaviour; officers have also teamed up with the Coventry BID for patrols across the City Centre.
