Weekly round-up from your local Neighbourhood

Good Evening Residents,

We hope this WMNow weekly round-up message finds you well.

Officers are continuing to target criminals, illegal drivers, those involved in violence and anti-social behaviour in Dudley Town Centre and within our local neighbourhoods.

West Midlands Police Guardian Taskforce Officers have joined Dudley Central Team 2 Neighbourhood Officers to carry out additional patrols on Dudley Town Centre to identify any anti-social behaviour and criminal activity taking place, to include taking action against Serious Youth Violence.  The team was also joined by West Midlands Mounted Police - the horses made a positive impact with the public and everyone was pleased to see them. 

What’s been happening:-

•      Local Neighbourhood Area

Our Dudley PCSO’s have carried out additional knife sweeps of local parks and green spaces to include Grange Park and Priory Park together with our Metal Detector Operator to identify any weapons – at this point in time no weapons have been located but we will continue to carry out these operations to keep the community safe.
