Foot patrol (07/09/2026)

Rick completed after-school patrols around Eastbrook School and Central Park before spending time in Rush Green during today's 4 hour, 50 minute outing (8.18 miles).

Joined by Heath SNT's PCSO, Sam, for the first 3 hours, Felhurst Crescent and the shops along Rainham Road South saw a presence, followed by 1.1 miles of Central Park (4.03pm, p) via Woodshire Road.

All of Parish Fields (5pm) was covered via Fels Field, Valentines Way and Great Cullings.

Parting ways with Sam, Rick visited every street on the east side of Dagenham Road, including Gorseway (6.19pm, p) and Lilac Gardens (7.01pm), as well as a check on Footpath 155 (6.49pm).

Harveys Lane, a return to Great Cullings, and Eastbrook Drive (7.23pm) featured on the way back south, along with The Chase and the May and Baker Social Club (7.58pm, p).
