Appeal for witnesses following assault - Reading

We are appealing for witnesses following an assault in Reading. 

At around 3.50am on Saturday, the victim, a man in his twenties, was chased by a group of males from the bus stops on St Marys Butts before being assaulted near the rear of the Red Burger Kiosk at the junction of St Marys Butts and Oxford Road. 

The victim sustained minor injuries and required hospital treatment but has since been discharged. 

The offenders are described as a group of both white and black men, aged between 18 and 30.
