As temperatures begin to drop, it is important that vulnerable residents can access the support they need. The Priority Services Register (PSR) is a free service offered by energy suppliers and network operators to support people who may need extra help, including older adults, people with disabilities, those with long-term health conditions, and households with young children. Being on the register can provide additional support during power cuts and help ensure residents receive information in a way that meets their needs.
