Speedscoping on Hirwaun Road by Pleasant View Park Homes

Good Evening,

Yesterday myself and PCSO Goodenough conducted a speedscoping operation on Hirwaun Road, Trecynon nearby to Pleasant View Park Homes.

We were joined by Cllrs Ann Crimmings, Gareth Jones and Louisa Addiscott.

The Average speed recorded was 35mph along the 40mph road.

We are aware of speeding concerns in several locations within the local area and will continue to conduct these exercises as well as enforcement operations alongside Gosafe and other partner agencies where possible.

We are looking to setup a community speedwatch group to empower residents to help affect these concerns, please get in contact if you would be interested.
