CCTV images released as part of Southampton assault investigation | Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary

We would like to speak to him in connection with a reported assault at a Summer Sessions event in Guildhall Square, Southampton.

During the incident, which occurred between 9pm and 9.30pm on Friday 19 June, it’s reported that an unknown man punched another man in the face, knocking him unconscious.

The victim – a man in his 50s – was left with facial injuries, requiring stitches.

The man we would like to speak to in connection with this incident is described as;

• White
• Aged between 50 and 55 years
• Approximately 6ft 5ins tall
• Slim build
• Bald
• Wearing a black pork pie hat, sunglasses, dark top and dark trousers

We believe the man in these images can help us with our investigation and would urge him, or anyone who knows his identity, to get in touch with us.
