Longford Weekly Update

Dear Residents and Local Businesses,

Here is your weekly update from your local neighbourhood Policing Team, to let you know some of what we've been busy dealing with: 

PATROLS

Our officers have been carrying out high visible patrols across the area, paying particular attention to areas that have been reported to have had a recent increase in crime or anti-social behaviour. 

VEHICLE CRIME

Registration plates were stolen from a vehicle in Benedict Square on 27th of August. 

Items were stolen from a vehicle in Alder Road on 28th  of August. 

Items were stolen from a vehicle parked in Rock Close between 22nd -29th August. 

Tools were stolen from a van on Novotel Car Park on Wilsons Lane between 31st August and 1st September. 

Items were stolen from a vehicle on Longford Road (near to the junction of Vinecote Road) overnight 2nd – 3rd September. 

A vehicle was stolen from Cherrybrook Way overnight 30th – 31st August.

PACT (Partners And Communities Together)

We have arranged another PACT meeting 

On 23rd November 2026 at 18:00-19:00. 

Location : St Thomas Church, Longford Road / Hurst Road, Coventry, CV6 6DR.
