Appeal for witnesses following fatal road traffic collision – High Wycombe

We are appealing for witnesses following a fatal road traffic collision in High Wycombe.  

At around 2.20am this morning, a red Ford Fiesta left the road and collided with a tree near the junction of Horns Lane and Lane End Road, High Wycombe.  

Sadly, one of the four occupants, a woman in her late teens died at the scene.   

The woman’s next of kin have been informed and are being offered support by specially trained officers. 

The other three occupants sustained minor injuries. One remains in hospital receiving treatment, while the other two have since been discharged.  

A 19-year-old woman from High Wycombe has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and remains in custody at this time.  

Firstly, our thoughts are with the family and friends of the deceased at this extremely difficult time.
