Theft from motor vehicles in your area

Good morning,

We have had a number of reports of males walking around your area on an evening and checking car doors. If the vehicle is insecure, they will then enter, search for any valuables, and remove them. 

Please make sure your car is locked every time you are away from it as well as removing all valuables. 

If you have CCTV, please could you check your footage over the recent evenings to see if you can see anything suspicious. These offences have been taking place between 23:00-01:00am. If you have any information or footage, please reply to this message.

Be vigilant on an evening and report anything suspicious to 111 or call 999 in an emergency.
