Livestock worrying, Sudbury Water Meadows, Sunday 30th August 2026,1140hrs

On Sunday 30th August 2026 at around 1140hrs a livestock worrying occurred at the Sudbury Water Meadows, a herd of cattle were chased and harassed for an extended period  by a loose Husky type dog, causing them to stampede, putting members of the public at risk.

Livestock worrying is a criminal offence, this is another unfortunate reminder that some dog owners need to be more responsible and keep their dogs under close control around livestock.

Police are seeking the identity of the persons in the attached images to help us with our enquiries.
