Havering Council - Borough wide PSPO consultation

This message is to let you know that Havering Council have launched a public consultation on proposals to introduce a Borough-wide Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) across Havering

The proposed PSPO would provide additional powers to help tackle anti-social behaviour in public spaces and, if introduced, would replace the current Romford Town Centre PSPO when it expires in October 2026. The consultation seeks views from residents, businesses, partners and visitors on the proposed restrictions and whether they should be implemented across the Borough. The PSPO will be enforced by both Havering Council and the Metropolitan Police Service
