Good News Story - Rural Crime Team

On Monday 24th August, Warwickshire Rural Crime Team joined forces with HMRC and VOSA for a joint road policing operation.

A total of 28 vehicles were stopped, with officers carrying out checks on vehicles and drivers. Several TORs (Traffic Offence Reports) and tickets were issued, along with seizures for no insurance and tickets for overloaded vehicles.

The message is simple: if you’re heading out on the road, make sure your vehicle is legal, insured and not carrying more than it can handle. For some drivers, it was just another Monday. For others… Monday came with a side order of paperwork! A big thank you to all the teams involved for their continued work keeping Warwickshire’s roads safer.
