Burglary Corbets Tey Road

On 29th August 2026 between 3pm and 9pm there was a burglary in Corbets Tey Road close to the junction of London Close. Entry to the property was gained by going into the rear back garden and smashing a glass panel in the door. The suspects also cut the wires to the sensor lights outside. 

Following the recent burglary, please remain vigilant and ensure all doors and windows are secured when leaving your property or retiring for the night. Consider reviewing home security measures, including external lighting, alarms, CCTV, and quality locks. Report any suspicious persons or vehicles in the area to police immediately. Working together as a community can help reduce the risk of further offences.

It's starting to get dark earlier now so please consider using timer switches for lamps or radios so it looks and sounds like someone is at home when you are out.
