Blue-Green Algae Bloom update.

The blue-green algae bloom continues to persist along the 10-kilometer stretch of the lower River Thames between Sunbury Lock and Teddington Lock, including at the Ham and Kingston Designated Bathing Water.  This a category one incident that poses risks to human health, animals, and the wider environment.  

 Public advised  to report environmental incidents on GOV.UK, 0800 80 70 60, such as fish in distress or algae blooms in other reaches.
