Man arrested following arson - Norwich

A man has been arrested following an arson in Norwich. We were called by fire at 2.25am on 23 August 2026 following reports a car had been set on fire on Twelve Acre Road. Officers attended and an arson investigation has been underway.

A man in his 30s was arrested this morning (Friday 28 August) on suspicion of arson, criminal damage and drug possession and taken to Wymondham Police Investigation Centre for questioning where he currently remains.
