Good Afternoon,

I am sending this message due to concerns which have been raised to your local Blackburn Neighbourhood Policing Team regarding obstructive parking around your area.

This is a friendly reminder that we would like to advise residents regarding considerate parking

Please ensure the pavement is not blocked and allows access for a pushchair/double pushchair and a wheelchair and mobility scooter.

Use relevant driveways

If you have any visitors, please advise them to park appropriately and follow advise we have given.

Do not park on dropped kerbs

Do not block any driveways/access ways

Do not park too close to junctions which can obstruct visibility

Do not double park so access is slim

Ensure there is enough space for an emergency vehicle to access

We understand sometimes parking can be limited and we understand sometimes this can be frustrating; however we would kindly appreciate if you can follow the above advise to ensure the safety and access for all residents.

I have also made the council aware regarding this to pay some attention in the area.
