Have Your Say on Fireworks Laws in the UK

The UK Government is seeking public views on the future regulation of fireworks and pyrotechnics across the UK.

While many people enjoy fireworks as part of celebrations and cultural events, concerns have also been raised about noise, anti-social behaviour, impacts on vulnerable people, emergency services, and animal welfare. The consultation is considering a number of proposals, including restrictions on louder fireworks and changes to the regulation of certain pyrotechnic products.

Residents, community groups, businesses and organisations are encouraged to share their views before any decisions are made. The Government wants to hear from people with a wide range of experiences and perspectives.
