Lowestoft – appeal following burglaries

Detectives are appealing for information following two burglaries in Lowestoft.

Between 11.30am on Thursday 20 August and 2.30pm on Saturday 22 August, unknown person(s) forced entry to a property in Fairfield Drive, Lowestoft, by smashing a patio door. An untidy search of the address was carried out.

A second burglary occurred at a property in Rowan Way, sometime between 4pm on Friday 21 August and 3pm on Saturday 22 August. Unknown intruder(s) gained entry by smashing patio doors, conducted an untidy search and stole cash.

Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have information about either incident.

If you have CCTV, doorbell camera footage or dashcam recordings that may have captured activity in the Fairfield Drive or Rowan Way areas during the times stated, or if you witnessed any suspicious behaviour, please contact detectives at Lowestoft Police Station.
