Update on Road Safety Issues Where You Live

I wanted to provide you with an update regarding road safety issues including speeding, dangerous driving and parking, which people where you live are highlighting as an issue of concern in their survey responses.

On the 20/08/2026 we carried out a speed watch session on Stobbs Cross Lane West Cornforth. The results were as follows : 31 vehicles passed through the area. 25 vehicles were travelling at 30 MPH and under. 6 Vehicles were travelling between 30-35 MPH. No vehicles exceeded 35 MPH. Other speed watch sessions are planned in the near future.
