Burglary - Saxon Drive

There has been a burglary in Saxon Drive on 23/08 at around 2240hrs. Suspect smashed rear kitchen door and then went upstairs. However suspect was disturbed when he realised someone was at home and then fled the property without taking anything. There was one single male all dressed in black. 

Please leave a light on somewhere if possible as we believe this suspect may be targeting addresses that are empty and residents are away.
