Knife Crime and County Lines Workshop

Raising awareness. Recognising the signs. Knowing where to get support.

Join us for an informative workshop, hosted by the Metropolitan Police, which is open for parents, children and young people of all ages.

We’ll explore:

Knife Crime – the impact, risks, reasons people carry knives and the law

County Lines – what it is and how criminal exploitation happens

Recognising the signs – including social media, cuckooing and other warning signs

Tackling the issues – what the police are doing and real examples from the borough

Help and Support – information and contacts for anyone who needs advice or support

When: Wednesday 26 August from 7:00pm to 9:00pm

Where: The Orchard Community Hub, Orchard House,
Northend Road, Erith, DA8 3PY
