Local Priorities Violence against women and girls Message

I wanted to provide an update regarding Violence against women and girls, which members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the Met Engage priority survey.

Over the past week we have had reports of a Middle Eastern Man aged 30 - 35 years old who has been approaching lone females that are sitting on the Park benches in Heston and Lampton Park and trying to get their name and numbers from them and when told no he starts by swearing at them causing them some Alarm and Distress Due to this we have been carrying out more regular patrols in the local area to ensure females feel safe and secure and protected. If you see or hear anything or encounter this please let us know so we can deal with it and if you feel fear or Alarm and Distress please call 999 straight away.
