Theft from vehicle

Dear Resident

At approx 01:35 22/8/2026 a male was witnessed to enter an insecure vehicle on Fountain Way, Whalley and steal an item from within before making off on a pushbike. The offender is described as a white male, 5"8, messy dark hair. 

If you have any CCTV footage of this male in and around this area at this time please can you let me know by reply so that I can send you a link to upload.
