Dear Resident

You are receiving this as you live in the vicinity of a burglary that occurred on Cordingley Street on Sunday 23rd August between 19:00hrs and 19:30hrs.

Four masked males arrived at a residential property on Sur-Ron style electric bikes. The suspects attacked the front door, forcing entry to the address before carrying out a search of the property.

A quantity of Asian gold jewellery was stolen during the incident before the offenders left the scene on the bikes.

If you have any information in relation to the above please contact the Police on 101 or speak to a local PCSO. Please also check your CCTV or Doorbell camera if you have one during the crime timings to see if there are any activations. 

This is also a good time to check your own security, many offences are preventable with small improvements to your homes security.
