Redevelopment of the former Radlett Aerodrome: SEGRO Logistics Park Radlett

Please find below the latest update regarding road works associated with this project.

Subject: S278 Road Works: 

Park Street Roundabout

The A414 from Park Street Roundabout westbound to the M1 will have night closures on the 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, and 28th August 2026.

The following week the A414 from the M1 to Park Street Roundabout eastbound will have night closures on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th September 2026.

The daytime element of the A5183 Watling Street North exit closure will be removed for the early morning of 2nd September 2026. To achieve this, the teams will be working this weekend on days and there will be a night‑time closure on the 1st September 2026 on the north side of the Park Street Roundabout to remove the relevant traffic management. The A5183 Watling Street North works will then include 3 weeks of night closures.

Diversion routes will be in place, supported by appropriate signage across the network.
