Redbourn Ward Neighbourhood Watch Street Coordinators' Meeting - 22nd September

Good morning,

Firstly I'd like to introduce myself.  My name is Clive Crowther and I have recently taken over from Ian White as the Ward Coordinator for Redbourn Neighbourhood Watch.  Some of you might know me from my other activities around the village such as Redbourn Players. Whilst I haven't previously been a formal member of Neighbourhood Watch, I was close friends and a past work colleague with Malcolm Wickens, and have been attending neighbourhood watch meetings with my wife, who is a street coordinator, for several years.

The ward coordination meeting is an opportunity for street coordinators to get together to hear from me and from our PCSO, Alex Peduto, as to what is happening within the village and to hear about the policing priorities.  In this case, it will also be an opportunity for us to get to know one another as I take on this new role.  The meeting will take place on Tuesday 22nd September in the Parish Centre. You are all very welcome to attend.

My initial intention is to consolidate the work that Ian has been doing before considering what direction we need to take the village in order to meet ours and the community's needs in the future.
