Between 19/08/26 22.00hrs to 20/08/26 03.00hrs damage was caused to a lorry at SOULDERN STREET, WATFORD, HERTS.

Between material times and dates offender(s) have spray painted a lorry which was parked secured and unattended on SOULDERN STREET.
