E-BIKES

As a result of concerns raised by the local community of e-bikes riding dangerously around Middleton Town Centre, officers from GMP's Transport Policing and Crime Command Team were on patrol in the area tonight, when they saw a Sur-ron e-bike riding in the area. Officers were able to stop the e-bike and detain the rider a 16yr old male, who has been arrested for multiple traffic offences. The e-bike has been seized and will be crushed.
