SUSPICIOUS PERSON

Dear Resident 

On Sunday 16th August at approximately 23:00hrs an unknown male in a white transit was seen acting suspiciously in the area of The Hendre near Monmouth. The male pulled up on a rural drive way, got out of the van, had a look around and then drove off.
