#Appeal | Appeal for information launched following suspected arson attack at Hilton farm
Officers are investigating following a suspected arson attack at a farm in Hilton.
Emergency services were called out to Blakelow Farm in Sutton Lane at about 2am this morning (Monday 17 August) following reports of a fire to a barn and a recovery truck on the property.
All occupants were safely accounted for and nobody was injured.
The road was closed for a few hours this morning whilst emergency services dealt with the incident but has since been reopened.
A joint fire and police investigation has been launched into the cause of the fire, which is believed to have been started deliberately.
