Homeless Person on Worlds End Place

Chelsea Safer Neighbourhood officers were able to assist the RBKC Outreach Workers in getting help for a homeless female who was around Worlds End Place.

They offer an invaluable service in assisting homeless people in our Borough.

If you see a homeless person then please offer help by contacting RBKC outreach team.
