Team Update |

Dear Residents,
Apologies for being a little quiet on here recently. Over the past few weeks we have experienced a number of abstractions to support policing operations elsewhere, as well as annual leave commitments and staff changes. In particular, PC Catt leaving the team at the end of July to join the Emergency Response Team.
We will also be saying goodbye to PC Bharke in September as he moves on to a new team. While we are sad to see him go, we are pleased to say that two new officers will be joining the Dockyard Team in the coming weeks.
We would like to thank everyone who continues to contact us, share information, and report concerns. The information you provide is invaluable and plays a vital role in helping us tackle crime and anti-social behaviour across the ward.
Please be assured that we do listen and we do take your concerns seriously. While some issues can be resolved quickly, others require longer term problem solving and partnership work, which can take time before residents see the results. Even when progress is not immediately visible, work is often continuing behind the scenes.
We are a small team covering a busy area, but we are committed to doing the very best we can for the community. We always try to provide updates and feedback where possible, and we genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding when demand is high.
Most importantly, please continue to get in touch and report anything that concerns you. Your information helps us build the bigger picture, identify emerging issues, and direct our efforts where they are needed most. By working together, we can make a real difference in our community.
Thank you all for your continued support.
